Project Scope and Revisions

Payment Terms

Clients on website care plans are entitled to up to 1 hour of support per month. Unused hours cannot be rolled over. Maintenance plans include updates, bug fixes, and limited discretionary edits within the support period.

Legal and Liability

Licensing and Third-Party Tools

Certain third-party tools or licenses may be required for project functionality (e.g., APIs, plugins, or fonts). These will be disclosed to clients, and costs for renewals will be billed accordingly after the first year. Clients may request ownership of such licenses if desired.

Content Population

Clients are responsible for providing website content in a timely manner. Vibez Solution Technology will assist with initial content population during the project timeline. Delays in content delivery beyond agreed deadlines may result in additional charges or project suspension.

Termination and Suspension of Services

If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to meet payment obligations, Vibez Solution Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate services. Files and data associated with terminated services may be deleted after 90 days.

Amendments

Vibez Solution Technology reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or other communication channels.
